The draw picks one ticker from the liquid set and buys it on chain. Illiquid tickers are never drawn.
Fox pays out
The stock goes to the drawn holder, in full. Whatever a curse holds back stays in the vault for the next draw.
Only tickers with real depth are eligible. A draw that landed on a token trading thirty dollars a day would hand the winner a position they could never exit, so the liquid set is gated and republished weekly.
