Built to survive the fire.

A kura is the thick walled storehouse behind a Japanese estate, raised so that whatever went inside outlived whatever happened outside. Ours holds the tokenized equities bought with 40 percent of every trading fee, and holds them only until the next draw. It is a wallet, not a contract, and this page explains exactly how to check it.

Do not trust it.
Watch it.

There is no contract holding this money. It is a wallet, and the draws are run by software we operate. So the vault is not asking for your trust. It is publishing everything it does, at an address you can open right now, while it does it.

One address, published

The wallet that receives fees is listed here. Everything arriving and everything leaving is visible on the explorer in real time, without asking us for anything.

Two transactions per draw

Buying the stock and paying the winner are separate on chain transactions, both linked from the draw log. A draw with no transactions behind it is a draw that did not happen.

The winner is recomputable

Weights come from balances and holding time, both of which live in public transfer history. Anyone can replay the same logs and check they would have drawn the same address.

What can go wrong.

Two sets of hands can affect your money here: ours, because the draws are not yet enforced by a contract, and Robinhood’s, because they issue the assets and keep powers we cannot take away. Read this before you decide any of it is worth anything to you.

We run the draws

No contract governs the draws. The token is deployed, but the fee wallet is a wallet we hold and the draws are executed by software we operate. Nothing in code prevents us behaving differently. What constrains us is that the address is public and every deviation shows up immediately.

The issuer can burn

Stock Tokens expose adminBurn to a privileged role. Robinhood can burn tokens from any address, the Kura included. No contract of ours can prevent that.

The issuer can freeze

A pause exists at both the token level and the registry level. A global pause halts every Stock Token at once, including mid-draw.

The token is upgradeable

All Stock Tokens sit behind one shared beacon proxy. Transfer rules can be changed for every ticker in a single transaction.

Dividends are unproven

The multiplier that credits dividends reads exactly 1.0 on every ticker we checked. The mechanism is written but has never fired on this chain.

Kitsune is not affiliated with Robinhood. Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood, not by us, and nothing here is investment advice.
